Ignoring the grammatical and spelling errors that are rampant throughout this piece, the content of this article is relevant and well thought out. As someone with General Anxiety Disorder, I can tell you that anxiety is scary and it is not to be taken lightly. There is a difference between being nervous/stressed and having anxiety – it means a lot to people with anxiety when others don’t use the words interchangeably. Check out the article, it’s great.
